Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) is a division of Mercedes-Benz Mobility, the subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz that provides financing, insurance and mobility solutions for vehicles sold by Mercedes-Benz sales partners.  Mercedes-Benz Mobility has one simple aim - to be the first choice provider of financial and mobility services for our customers and retailers.

Through a retail finance network exceeding 120 dealerships throughout Australia, we provide financing, leasing and insurance to more than 70,000 customers whether they are purchasing passenger cars or vans. MBFS currently has more than 130 employees and works closely with our retailers to provide a "One-Stop-Solution" to customers, including the following value-add services:

 

Marketing

The MBFS Marketing Team can provide you with point of sale artwork and assistance with your marketing needs.  Our aim is to support marketing activities that will assist in promoting both our brands and your dealership, and ultimately boost vehicle sales through finance.

We can assist you with:

·        Artwork for a variety of different Point of Sale materials,

·        Banners for sponsored functions,

·        Editorials for dealer publications,

·        Advertising templates, regular targeted finance or insurance campaigns designed specifically for your dealership, recommendations and authorisation for disclaimers that must be included in advertisements for finance or insurance options,

·        Creative or editorial assistance with direct mail campaigns.

Customer Support Centre

The MBFS Customer Support Centre actively manage inbound calls from existing customers who require changes or maintenance of their current contracts, such as change of address, payout figures, copies of contracts or direct debit changes.

Fast Track Programs

MBFS offers various fast track programs to qualifying customers, offering a convenient and streamlined credit approval process with no requirement for income verification.  Further information, including qualifying requirements and lending criteria can be found in the Credit Guide.

 

Reward Programs

Retailer incentive programs are offered to supporting retailers each year and are designed to encourage the use of our finance and insurance products as a tool to increase vehicle sales. Participating retailers compete against set performance criteria with winners receiving recognition and fantastic rewards!

 

Mercedes-Benz Financial Guild

Run in conjunction with the Mercedes-Benz Car & Van Group's Star Guild, the Finance Guild recognises excellence and professionalism amongst Mercedes-Benz Business Managers.  It is run as an annual incentive program where Business Managers compete for points based on their achievement against set performance criteria, including (for example) finance and Agility penetration, comprehensive insurance penetration and repurchase targets.  Winners are recognised at the annual Mercedes-Benz National Retailer Awards and may enjoy an exclusive travel reward along with their fellow winners.
